And the NASCAR season ends…

Sadly, there was no major drama in the last race of the Nascar season. Jimmy Johnson didn’t blow up, which made him the 2007 Nextel Cup Champion. Jeff Gordon came in second overall for the year (and 4th on the night). Congradulations Jimmy! If I ever wanted anyone to beat Jeff, it would have been you.

So how did our fantasy league finish out?

  1. Justin Gehring – 24 Wins, 12 Losses
    1. Jeff Gordan
    2. Kyle Busch
    3. Matt Kennesth
    4. Jamie McMurray (Never Raced)
  2. Amber Radabaugh – 20 Wins, 16 Losses
    1. Jimmy Johnson
    2. Martin Truex Jr.
    3. Denny Hamlin
    4. David Gilliland
  3. John Clappier – 19 Wins, 17 Losses
    1. Tony Stewart
    2. Clint Bowyer
    3. Casey Mears
    4. Mark Martin
    5. At some point didn’t you have Juan Pablo?
  4. Richard Benson – 17 Wins, 19 Losses
    1. Carl Edwards
    2. Kevin Harvick
    3. Greg Biffle
    4. Brian Vickers
  5. Matt Prestegord – 14 Wins, 22 Losses (Tied)
    1. Dale Earnhardt Jr.
    2. Jeff Burton
    3. Bobby Labonte
    4. Dale Jarrett
  6. Ron Gehring- 14 Wins, 22 Losses (Tied)
    1. Kurt Busch
    2. Ryan Newman
    3. Kasey Kahne
    4. Elliot Sadler

So yeah, that’s just information for next years battle. We’ll see you all again in February for I believe the 4th annual Nascar Fantasy League…. Maybe next year we’ll put some money on it ;-). (Considering I’ve won 2 years in a row, I feel pretty good about that at the moment).

Now for Fantasy football night… Need some passing touchdowns from New England… Shouldn’t be a problem…

Yes. I had Juan Pablo Montoya and Boris Said for select portions of the year.
