Cause He’s Hungry

I’m noticing that the days I sleep late generally end up being unproductive if I was also up late the night before. Go figure. Basically, I’m a lazy bum today. I didn’t do didly. I walked around the house. I walked up stairs. I walked down stairs. I played Secret of Mana… Yeah, let’s update that.

Secret of Mana: Day 7
Estimated Percent Complete: 15%
This whole capture that 8 seeds is starting to get old. Today I ended up saving Santa Clause’s life. The only person who seemed to be greatful was his pet reindeer rudolf. I guess the reason people don’t believe in Chris anymore has something to do with the fall of Mana.. Go figure. We ended up finding that missing mana seed and returning it to the place it belongs. There seems to be some kind of hang up though because it was supposed to return water to the city, but failed to do so. So we have to go find this tail of somesort and I guess that will solve the water problem for these people. Oh well, I have no clue where I’m going to find it. Hopefully one of the brave ladies that is with me will have some clue.

You would think the highlight of my day was playing Super Nintendo, but no :-). The best thing I did today was learn to make fun noises with my bubble gum. Not only does it sound funny, but it feels funny sliding in and our your mouth. Eh.

So yeah… I also got a little further on the SMRC. One step at a time is what I keep telling myself. One section at a time. You can see my progress at http://www.jrcorps.com/smrc/. The design is fairly simular, but the backbone database is completely different allowing for easy updating, fast updating, and more updating.

So yeah, Let’s sing. There was a boy. A very strange enchanted boy. They say he wandered very far, very far, over land and sea. A little shy and silent one. And then one day. One magic day he passed my way. Why we spoke of many things, fools and kings, this he said to me. The greatest thing you’ll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.

I thought about publishing the resume for a Douglas L. Wyman online. I found it laying in a parking lot and thought that because he littered our earth with his resume he deserved to be scorned. But, eh… I won’t embarrass him on my small site anyway, oops… to late…

I feel like singing again… Here I go…
Johnny’s daddy was taking him fishin’
When he was eight years old
A little girl came through the front gate holding a fishing pole
His dad looked down and smiled, said we can’t leave her behind
Son, I know you don’t want her to go but someday you’ll change your mind
And Johnny said “Take Jimmy Johnson, take Tommy Thompson, take my best friend Bo
Take anybody that you want as long as she don’t go
Take any boy in the world
Daddy, please don’t take the girl”

Same old boy
Same sweet girl
Ten years down the road
He held her tight and kissed her lips
In front of the picture show
Stranger came and pulled a gun
Grabbed her by the arm Said “If you do what I tell you to, there
won’t be any harm” And Johnny said “Take my money, take my wallet, take my credit cards
Here’s the watch that my grandpa gave me
Here’s the key to my car
Mister give it a whirl
But please don’t take the girl”

Same old boy
Same sweet girl
Five years down the road
There’s going to be a little one, and she says it’s time to go
Doctor says the baby’s fine but you’ll have to leave
‘Cause his momma’s fading fast and Johnny hit his knees
And there he prayed
“Take the very breath you gave me
Take the heart from my chest
I’ll gladly take her place if you’ll let me
Make this my last request
Take me out of this world
God, please don’t take the girl”

Johnny’s daddy
Was taking him fishin’
When he was eight years old

Ah yes… Tim McGraw… Probably my new favorite country singer… Then again, Garth Brooks and Allen Jackson are both good as well… Eh..

Well, I want to update the old SMRC before going to bed so ‘night all.
